Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By requesting a quote, paying an advance, confirming a booking, or using our cab service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The written booking confirmation shared by WhatsApp, email, or message forms part of these terms. If the confirmation contains trip-specific terms, those terms apply to that booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we accept the request and send written confirmation.
• An advance payment may be required to reserve the vehicle.
• You must provide correct travel date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count, luggage details, and contact information.
• Vehicle choice is subject to availability. We may provide an equivalent or higher-category vehicle when necessary.

3. Prices and Additional Charges

• Delhi local package prices include an AC cab, fuel, driver, and standard parking, except Akshardham parking.
• Monument entry tickets, meals, guides, personal expenses, and any item not listed in the confirmed package are not included.
• Outstation tolls, state taxes, permits, parking, driver allowance, extra kilometres, extra hours, and night charges apply according to the confirmed quotation.
• Any route, time, pickup, or destination change requested after confirmation may change the price.

4. Delhi Tour Coverage

We try to cover the confirmed itinerary, but coverage depends on traffic, weather, security restrictions, opening days, queue time, and monument operating hours. A listed place may be skipped or replaced when it is closed or cannot reasonably be reached. Such events do not amount to failure of service when the booked cab remains available for the agreed time and route.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and follow reasonable safety instructions.
• Do not carry illegal, dangerous, flammable, or prohibited items.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, unlawful activity, or behaviour that threatens the driver, vehicle, or public is not allowed.
• The customer is responsible for damage caused by passengers beyond normal wear and tear.
• Keep cash, phones, documents, jewellery, and other valuables with you. We are not responsible for unattended personal belongings.

6. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control

Travel time can be affected by traffic, road closures, breakdowns, weather, public events, government restrictions, accidents, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternate vehicle, but arrival times cannot be guaranteed in such situations.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the trip-specific terms shared before payment.

8. Liability

We are responsible for providing the confirmed transport service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, missed flights or trains caused by factors outside our reasonable control, third-party attraction closures, or loss caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights available under applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities in Delhi.
